פניתי לאיתן על מנת שיקח 3 אחים קשוחים שראו את הכל לטיול יין מהנה ומשכר, מתנת ימי הולדת עגולים ומשמעותיים (40+50).
ואכן, הייתה חגיגה.
השלושה נהנו סופר, שתו, צחקו, ראו, שמעו מבעלי היקבים (ואף מבשלת בירה אחת מוצלחת)
וגם- למדו דברים חדשים שלא ידעו.
לארוחה במסעדה בסוף היום הזה הם כבר הגיעו מבושמים ומאוד מאושרים, מחוויה משפחתית שתרוץ איתם הלאה.
הכל היה מתוקתק, מסודר, נכון ומתאים לדמויות הרלוונטיות.
איתן היה רציני אבל מצחיק, מקצועי אבל גמיש ובעיקר- מבין עניין.

Dear Eitan: as you can see by this e-mail, we have returned home safely. Our trip to return the rental car was uneventful; our trip to the airport was also unevenftul even though we were handed by one of the guards on the way in a paper which explained that an "exerecise" was to take place in which we might hear explosions and firing of weapons (nothing was heard). The flight home was unevenftul, which is the best type of flight possible.
The trip was fabulous in all respects; I have been looking briefly at some of my pictures which cannot truly capture the grandeur and beauty of the land and the people. As I remarked on one occasion, I do not see how Israel can part with the Golan after creating almost a land of milk and honey from it. Since the Palestinians would not be given any part of the Golan anyway, I cannot even see why Israel should allow it to be part of the current negotiations.
Please feel free to use any or all of this letter in any way you see fit for advertising and feel free to use me as a reference by giving my name and e-mail to a prospective client. I hope that you will feel free to stay with me if you are ever in the Philadelphia area. I wish you and your family nothing but health and happiness.
Eitan, as you can imagine, when one engages a guide through word of mouth and the internet, there is always concern that we will not be compatible in some way or that the trip will not be a good one. I am overjoyed to state that our vacation was perfect and that there was not a single thing that I would have wanted to change. Your driving skills and your command of the English language are remarkable (you were even able to understand my jokes); your knowledge of the history, geography, and culture enabled my son and me to experience Israel in a fashion that few tourists will be able to see. I still have chills when I recall sitting at the border with Israel, Syria, and Jordan and discussing the problems with Turkey shutting off the water to Syria. Your rapid responses to my many e-mails always made me feel that you wanted to take an active role in making sure that I felt comfortable. I will send you some pictures when I can, and I will call upon you in the future to help me plan my next trip.

Dear Eitan,
We just arrived in the US and wanted to write you and thank you for the Israel Experience that you so kindly gave to us. As we mentioned to you, yours was not merely a "tour". You provided far more. You gave us an "experience" that has changed our lives. The history, the stories, the anecdotes, the riddles, there was something for each of us, from my 10 year old daughter, to my wife and to me.
The thought and care you took with us each day did not go unnoticed. Each day you crafted the trip to build on days earlier, ending with a symphony that I'll call our personal Israeli experience.
Now it is over but we are left with enduring memories as well as a longing to return one day soon. Although no longer on Eretz Israel, we will always carry a piece in our hearts and for this I am forever indebted to you.
We came as strangers. We left as friends forever and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

ניכר היה שהושקעה עבודה ומחשבה רבה בתכנון הטיול:
המסלול היה מעניין והותאם לאופי הקבוצה כך שהרגשנו שכל חלק במסלול נבחר בקפידה והותאם במיוחד עבורנו.
ההדרכות וההסברים שלך היו מהנים, מגוונים, מעניינים ומלאי הומור.
